I am not building a private equity portfolio or pursuing a series of acquisitions. My focus is singular, professionalize the lawn care industry starting in the tri-state area (PA, MD, DE). I'm drawn to companies with strong teams, loyal customers and a culture worth protecting. Time and again, owners tell me that their top priority is finding someone who will honor their legacy and take care of their people. That commitment is central to how I operate. 

My role is to step in as a hands-on CEO, provide stability, and ensure a thoughtful transition, while empowering the people who know the business best. I believe in listening first, strengthening what already works, and making changes only where they support long-term success. The foundation you've built won't be replaced, it will be respected and carefully built upon.
